1 Green Flash Hop Head Red-CA-7%                                                                  American Red IPA Resinous hop characteristics emerge from an enormous hopping with Columbus, Nugget and Amarillo overtaking the rich caramel malt base. To add luscioushop flavors and enticingly floral hop aromas, we dry-hop the brew with bucket loads of Amarillo hops.              16oz $6
2 Green Flash West Coast IPA-CA-7.3%                                                                         American IPA A menagerie of hops is layered throughout the brewing process: Simcoe for unique fruitiness and grapefruit zest, Columbus for strong hop pungency, Centennial for pine and citrus notes and Cascade for floral aroma.                                                                                   16oz $6
3 Green Flash Imperial IPA-CA-9.4%                                                              American Double IPA  Pale in color, super-hoppy, high-gravity, yet a highly quaffable ale. Our Imperial IPA is created with intense hop flavors and aromas from a unique blend of Summit and Nugget hops.                         12oz $7
4 Green Flash LeFreak-CA-9.2%                                    Belgian Tripel/American IPA Hybrid An ‘out of the box’ modern ale crafted by converging two beer styles, Belgian Trippel and American Imperial IPA. Dry-Hopped and Bottle-Conditioned – it’s a zesty brew with enticing American hop and fruity Belgian yeast aromatics.                                                10oz $7
5 Green Flash Double Stout-CA-8.8%                                                                        American Stout Golden naked oats mashed with dark crystal and robust roasted malts create a luscious black brew with satin smooth finish. An old-world style, done the Green Flash way. Big, bold, flavorful and complex. 10oz $7
6 Peak Organic Espresso Amber Ale-ME-6.8%                                                            Amber Ale w/Espresso A robust amber ale brewed with locally roasted, organic fair trade espresso. The espresso is a dark Sumatran blend, which adds a toasty character in the front palate. This plays nicely off the sweet malty flavors found on the back palate of this amber ale.                         16oz $5
7 Rising Tide/Tod Mott(Tributary) Eradinus-ME-7.9%                                                                              Scotch Ale This rich malt forward beer was brewed in collaboration with Tod Mott, formerly of Portsmouth Brewing Co, and now opening Tributary Brewing Co in Kittery.                                                   12oz $6
8 Smuttynose Gravitation-NH-9.6%                                                                  Belgian-Style Quad A big, dark ale brewed using a variety of Belgian specialty malts along with 200 pounds of raisin puree per batch. The resulting flavor is a viscous mix of dark fruit, rum, toffee and raisins balanced with aromatic fruitiness of the Belgian yeast.                                        10oz $7
9 Allagash Black-ME-7.5%                                                                  Belgian-Style Stout Belgian style stout brewed with 2 Row barley, torrified wheat, oats, both roasted and chocolate malt and a generous portion of dark caramelized candi sugar. The silky mouth feel is a great balance to the roasted character, coffee and dark chocolate notes expressed throughout this beer.                                                                       12oz $6
10 Allagash Saison-ME-6.1%                                                Belgian-Style Farmhouse Ale A golden hued beer, brewed with a 2-Row blend, malted rye, oats and dark Belgian candi sugar. Saison is hopped with Tettnang, Bravo and Cascade hops. Fermented with a traditional saison yeast strain, Saison exhibits notes of spice and tropical fruit in the aroma.      16oz $6
11 DeRanke Guldenberg-BEL-8.1%                                                            Belgian Abbey Tripel Its colour is blond and it’s made of pale malt with the addition of candy sugar. The bitterness comes from the Hallertau hops we use as bitterhop and as aromahop. On top of that we use dry – hopping techniques with the same hops which give the ale its unique flavour and aroma and its perfect balance between sweet and bitter.         10oz $8

13 Einbecker Pilsner-GER-5%                                                                        German Pilsner Crisp, clean, well balanced pilsner. Nicely hopped.                        16oz $5
14 La Caracole Nostradamus-BEL-9.5%                                                                 Dark Belgian Strong A beautifully balanced Belgian strong ale. Sweet but not cloying, notes of dark fruits and plums with a satisfying finish.                  10oz $7


Lindeman’s Framboise-BEL-5% Belgian Lambic aged on raspberries. Sweet, yet tart.                     10oz $7
